The measurement and control of pH and Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP) are essential in a wide range of industrial processes and water treatment applications. Continuous and reliable monitoring helps maintain process conditions under control, quickly detect variations and efficiently manage control and dosing systems.

The LP 10 is an industrial online pH/ORP controller selected and validated by the Giorgio Bormac team of experts for continuous process monitoring and control.

he LP 10 has been configured and modified according to technical specifications defined by the Giorgio Bormac team, with the aim of providing a reliable, versatile solution suitable for industrial applications. The final product configuration has subsequently undergone internal validation by Giorgio Bormac specialists.

The controller measures pH from 0.00 to 14.00 pH and ORP up to approximately ±2000 mV, with manual or automatic temperature compensation using PT1000 or NTC10K temperature sensors.

The isolated 4–20 mA outputs allow easy integration into plant monitoring and control systems. Three programmable relays, with different operating modes and adjustable set points, can be used to control alarms and external devices according to process requirements. Depending on the configuration, a second 4–20 mA output and Modbus RTU communication are also available.

Thanks to its panel- or wall-mounting options, IP65 protection rating and 100–240 Vac or 24 Vdc power supply, the controller can be easily integrated into a wide range of industrial installations.

The system can be completed with a selection of electrodes, temperature sensors, cables and installation accessories, allowing the measuring system to be configured according to the specific application.
